Paid fine under Public intoxication case

i am a public sector bank employee recently convicted of a fine of rs 500 in a court, i was just chilling with my friend in a barren land when suddenly police came took us to station made us sign and later summon came then court convicted us and said to pay the fine, no FIR was involved, only prosecution report by police under local state police act.

do i need to disclose the fine to bank now or if ever asked in future declarations or promotion forms? any help
