Paid Money to my brother to purchase land but he appears to have scammed me. Please Help!

I naively trusted my cousin brother and transferred money (online transfer) to purchase land in Mysore. It has been over 1 year, I have multiple WhatsApp chats, voice recordings where he is telling me he will return the money but he is not doing so. What is the legal path I can take here ? Please help me.

No matter who it is always have a two way contract when transferring money unless you are willing to lose it

ADVOCATE HERE. A lot of things can be done, however, since big money is involved, consider engaging an advocate rather than hoping for an online resolution. Other than this: Suit for recovery of money, cyber crime complaint, suit for injunction and a few hat tricks are suitable to your circumstances. My best wishes.
