Partial Rent Refund from Landlord

Following is my case history,
On 22nd November 2022 Lease contract had been singed between Me (tenet) and Landlord

On 1st week of December 2022, I had deposited security and payment of one month rent in advance.
Security 56,000 INR, Rent 28,000+ 3,300 = 31,300
Every month rent was paid before 1st of every month and notification send to Landlord’s Son on whatsapp which he acknowledged too.

On month November 2023, Landlord asked to Increase 10% as agreed on lease contract which I agreed and new rent was started form December 2023
As 28,000 x 10%=2800+28000=30,800+3300(Security)=34,100

Going forward rent was paid as usual on or before 1st of every month, but on 1st of November 2024 Landlord’s son asked to increased the rent beyond 10% as requested for 36,000 INR + 3300 (security) =39,300 INR
I offered maximum 37,000 INR including maintenance, which they not agreed,
To which I gracefully Not Accepted, to which they asked me to vacate it as soon as possible.

I vacated apartment on 13th November 2024 and requested them to pay back security and remaining month rent. His son gave me cheque no 694565 with amount 56,000 with date 10th November 2024.
Remaining amount rent which is 19,319 INR (Details as following)

Total rent paid in November 34,100
Rent per day 34,100/30=1137
13 days rent 1137×13=14,781
Remaining rent amount to Refund
34100-14781=19,319

Total refund= 19,319

I deposited cheque into bank for clearance on 15th November 2024 which get bounce back to me ( may be intention is not right)

I informed same to them on 16th November and on 19th November his son transferred only 50,000 INR through bank NEFT. Remaining due rent and security was still not fully paid.
I remind them on 3rd December 2024 for pending amount.
I called Landlord on 10th December but he threaten me that he will not refund pending amount. (Audio recording with me)

On same day his son transferred 6,000 INR as IMPS to my account.

Now, apart from legal help I don’t left with any option. If I fight case, what are my winning chances,
