partner turned physically aggressive during a fight, I’m scared and need help, what are my options??

I really need advice. I don’t have anyone I can reach out to right now. My boyfriend and I have been dating for years, and today we went out for dinner. We got into an argument, and I saw a side of him that honestly made me fear for my life. He broke my phone, dragged me multiple times, and pushed me around. I have scratches on my hand that still hurt. I know some people might say this is “not that severe,” but I feel extremely shaken and helpless. What scares me more is that he seemed to think it was okay to do this. This happened near my PG, and I’m pretty sure there are CCTV cameras around that may have captured everything. I don’t want my parents to know about this right now, but I do want to understand if I can take legal action against him and what my options are. I also currently don’t have access to my phone, which makes things harder, typing this on my laptop

Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows what steps I should take next? I’d really appreciate any guidance.
