So this c/o field is removed from my adhaar while updating address and the janseva kendra told it is removed as per rules and it couldnt be added

And when police verification was in place they asked me to get a written letter from councilor (it is mandatory at my place) where he rejected writing application saying c/o field must have father’s name and said he won’t help until I update it
