Past incident of College and Government service

Hey!! So around 7 years back I had a virtual conversation with a woman and that went a bit off limits. Later, a department complaint was filed where I apologized and the thing never showed up again. The thing was never taken to the ICC. I completed my college without any mention of such incident in my record.

I’m now recruited for a government service but scared if this incident can backfire from the past. Care to guide me with your wisdom on this?
