Patent issue for a student start up

I work at a student startup as the chief legal advisor and I’m working to get the patent done for the start up and getting it registered as a small entity. I’ve filled all the necessary details and when I press preview it shows applicant’s domicile/place of business as empty when I’ve filled user details, field details and organisation details possible. Could someone please help me regarding this issue and reach out soon as possible?
