House was built by grandfathers – three brothers and passed on to my father and uncles ( three brothers).
When my father and sibling decided to separate, they had an agreement written on a stamp paper, not registered/notarized, but signed by all the parties involved ( Separation year 1984). Based on this this house belongs to my father and we are the current occupants. My father and uncles are passed away and I have moved to US for good. We dont have the property registered except its in my mother’s name in municipal corporation.

We are now selling but given the appreciation of the real estate, my cousins are eying on it and given I am no longer in India, makes it more difficult. What are my options ? Is there a claim my cousin can have on this property legally ?

Thanks in advance for your help.
