March 31, 2025 at 11:00 amOn March 20th, I bought a product from a website of a small merchant. During the payment, the money was taken from my account, but the **order didnโt show up on their website**. When I contacted the merchant, they kept saying **they didnโt receive the payment** (Iโm not sure if they checked properly). I emailed **NPCIโs dispute redressal team and my bank(JIO Payments Bank) to confirm the transaction,** but I didnโt get a reply. I also contacted the **UPI app(POP)** I used for the payment, and **they said the payment went through**. They mentioned it should be refunded if there was an issue, but itโs been 10 days and nothing has happened. **What should I do next?** -
