So I was supposed to receive a Refund from Masai for a program i enrolled.
After asking them they replied today that they have made the transaction from their end on 20th Jan but it is neither reflecting on my UPI app(PhonePe) nor on my banks app(PNB).
How and where should I report this complaint?
