Hi everyone,

I need some help with an issue concerning my family member’s pension. They are a pensioner and have only received the January 2025 pension. Unfortunately, the pension payments for September, October, November, and December 2024 were not received.

We are looking to resolve this and receive the missing payments for the four months.

Could anyone guide us through the step-by-step standard process to follow in this situation? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Apply under RTI and find out the status. Widow pension although promised is low priority and funds may not be available. You have to be patient and pursue it

It will take lots of time,30 days for RTI later I need to take a response as per RTI,

And for such RTI can mention life and Liberty also

Is that RTI Only option left?

You have waited for 4 months, file RTI and you will receive the response. Max time is 30 days but usually you get reply faster.

Central govt?
Corporation?
Autonomous organization?

Please give name of Department

Do you have a copy of PPO?

Have you given the life certificate to bank from where pension is being paid?

What kind of widow pension is it? Assuming it’s from the job her husband was in? If so which department he was employed in.

It’s a woman widow pension and doesn’t have children from maharashtra
