UI have two friends in my office. They both we chatting on their personal WhatsApp. And in that conversation, they were talking about office politics and toxic work culture and they had used some abusive language towards the people and also the owner.
Their manager somehow got hold of that chat, and took a pic on his phone and then posted it on his WhatsApp status which was only visible to both of them.What can be done in this case? Can it be held against them that they were using abusive language about the owner??

first both of you should delete that chat hence no record would be there and WhatsApp is encrypted.
now make a fake whatsapp chat of manager abusing the owner and his colleagues and both of your friends should upload it as status which only he could see.
Instigated by this he would most probably confront your friends and when he does act out the lie and try recording his voice using smart watch or something else.
Hope he does/says something wrong now use that against him. -
