I m a female 32
Married in 2022
Seperated in 2023
Filed divorce in Jan 2023 but had to withdraw with liberty to file again
Filed divorce again in April 2024 same court

Can my husband claim right over my assets or insurance if he kills me or I die as he has threatened to do this ?

Will creating a personal will help at all?
