On February 4, my phone was stolen in Ch. Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad). I immediately went to the nearest police station to file a complaint. However, I was told that the **Cyber Police were unavailable** and that they would **not register my complaint.**

I requested at least a **General Diary (GD) entry**, but even that was denied. Instead, I was told to file an **e-complaint**, without being given any clear guidance. A kind constable suggested that I visit a net café to figure it out myself, which is how I learned about the **CCTNS portal.**

        # What I Have Done So Far:

        * **Filed an e-complaint on CCTNS** (Complaint No: [Hidden for Privacy]) and returned to the police station with a copy.
        * **Submitted a block request on CEIR** to prevent misuse of my phone.
        * **Called Cyber Police**, who told me they could not guarantee when they would be available at the station and suggested I hand over my complaint to any available officer.
        * **Tried multiple times to get the police station to register my case, but they dismissed me.**
        * When I insisted, officers **became annoyed and scolded me**, saying I was *“not an MLA’s son to get priority.”*
        * **Filed a complaint against the police station** for inaction. Shortly after, I received a call from an officer, who pressured me about the complaint but assured me that he would help.

I still have this officer’s number, but when I returned to the police station, **Cyber Police were still unavailable, and no officers were willing to assist me.**

When I checked my complaint status on **CCTNS, it was marked as “Completed”—but no action was taken.**

I then called the officer who had assured me of help. Instead of assisting me, he **spoke in a way that felt intimidating and pressured me to meet him at the police station.** This has made me feel unsafe, and I do not know what to do next.

I do not want any conflict. I only need my stolen phone recovered or, at the very least, an official acknowledgment of my complaint. The device contains **sensitive personal data**, and I need help ensuring that it is properly traced.

        Any advice would be appreciated.
