January 11, 2025 at 12:26 pmI am from Delhi. Right off the bat, PW is not a bad company. This is the first time I have experienced something this bad. I worked as a Senior Manager there for over 2 years and I resigned in August 2024. My FNF was supposed to have been settled by October but this is mid-January and it still has not. I have contacted my previous HR and departments after department but there has been no resolution. This is a considerable sum, and I also need my experience letter, which hasnβt been provided yet. Despite my best efforts, nothing has worked.
Iβm considering posting about this on LinkedIn to escalate the matter, but I wanted to ask here first:
1. What legal actions can I take to resolve this?
2. Has anyone else faced similar issues, and how did you handle it?Any advice or suggestions would mean a lot. Thank you!

January 11, 2025 at 12:59 pmLawyer here.If you have written formally to the HR and your manager and there has been no response, resorting to LinkedIn can be a speedy solution.
However, you can send a legal notice to the company outlining all your issues and claiming FnF with an experience letter. That should do the work mostly. If they still do not come to a settlement, you can proceed to file a civil suit for recovery of money.

January 12, 2025 at 4:06 amItβs not mandatory for the company to provide an experience certificate, but they do so as a gesture of goodwill. You are entitled to your money.-

OP
January 12, 2025 at 5:49 amGot it. But my current company, Amazon is asking for it on a mandatory basis. They are huge sticklers for rules and I stand terminated right now until I provide an experience letter. That’s my dilemma. -
