I have studied accounts and finance.
Have some understanding of Corporate law .
Can someone suggest what other laws I should read which may help me in handling finance and administration of firm?

If you want to start a firm which would look into the disputes between corporate entities then you should be having a good grasp of the Companies act, Partnership act, insolvency bankruptcy code, code of civil procedure, competition laws, goods and services tax act to name a few. But if you only wish to know laws just to manage your firm, then only a basic awareness of these laws would suffice.
