USo My father owned a place 16cent ( 600k/cent value now )he sold 7 cents of it to a person X . This person registered the place on someone else’s name(Y) working under him during the trade …he didn’t even pay the whole price and later gave a complaint about not giving him the land… then he wanted us to compromise the case with 3.5 cents with us and rest for him, but it would cover the way in and out of our house… later we gave another case,he gave another case and so on its been 25 YEARS and its still pending as this guy never attends the case… its getting postponed every time saying that the guy X is bedridden ( I think its fake cus I saw that guy few months ago walking normally and fully alright ) the next case is on 24th Feb but I guess it’ll also get postponed .even our advocate is being lousy on this and even though we have paid him for 25 years .. Once we talked to (Y) and he told that ” X is a cheap thug and I know you guys are innocent but I can’t go against him .. sorry ”
Is there anyway to get justice or atleast end this case My dad has some debt and the place is our only hope…
