Please help! instagram deleted chats

Hello
I’m not really sure if this is the correct forum
Is it possible legally to get deleted chats from Instagram (not just messages but the conversation thread itself)

I have tried requesting information from Instagram app but it doesn’t have the deleted chats

Is it possible to request meta in any legal way to retrieve the chats (basically need it from November 24’ to December 24’)
It was deleted around december end

Any advice or help would be appreciated as I’m in very urgent and desperate requirement of this
Willing to work with someone as well if anyone has any idea about this
