SHello everyone.
I am discussing a case of my bhabhi she has been facing domestic violence for few years now.
She has two daughters the last time my bhaiya (cousin) hit her so bad that half of her face got paralysed. She has photo evidence of same.
She is not a working woman and has no savings whatsoever.
She feels without money she cannot file anything, her family is also not supporting in fear of what the society would say.
What is the way out for her lately she has been very quiet and i can sense she is depressed and she often discusses about ending life.
Bhaiya is working and is alcoholic might even have extra marital affair not sure though.
Please help me help her. -
UWith evidence, this might be the easiest case. Just find a government lawyer, and she will get a bunch of alimony from this case. And with this case, I am sure any lawyer will come to help since they love getting the money out of a divorce case.
You just need to give her some strength to get the help.
