OP
April 11, 2025 at 4:56 amlike there was a contingent interest created through the first conditional interest. but given that lets say B (person with conditional interest) died before 4 months of transfer without constructing the house (its a condition subsequent) then can I revoke the deed , given that i have also created a contingent interest n that uncertain event is dependent on the unfulfillment of the task after a specified period of time(like 3 years).
