If I create a conditional gift deed for someone and the condition being that if the person fails to a task within a fixed period of time, the property would be transferred to someone else absolutely? Imagine the person who had to do the task dies before the fixed time, can i cancel the deed and gift it to someone else? give reasons guys!

If you are legally obliged and there was no such clause that you can even transfer it to someone else
          Then NO

like there was a contingent interest created through the first conditional interest. but given that lets say B (person with conditional interest) died before 4 months of transfer without constructing the house (its a condition subsequent) then can I revoke the deed , given that i have also created a contingent interest n that uncertain event is dependent on the unfulfillment of the task after a specified period of time(like 3 years).
