January 20, 2025 at 8:31 amHello, I live in the US and plan to buy a property in India. I plan to give power of attorney to my mother for this purpose. Can anyone who has done it in the past walk me through the steps?
Thanks -

January 20, 2025 at 12:39 pmAdvocate this side. There is a very simple process of making a document of a power of attorney. Then you get a stamp paper and get it notarised. Thatβs literally it.-
