For several months, I have been experiencing continuous harassment by police officers who misuse their authority by using their sirens near me whenever I leave my residence. Police vehicles approach and activate their sirens near me at loud volume, only to cease them once they move away. This harassment is particularly pronounced during night patrols when the sirens are activated near my house at loud volume, causing significant disturbance and distress. Despite my efforts to report these incidents to the SP and NHRC, no action has been taken to address the misuse of power by the police in my area. This is going on since my abduction by my own parents. What should I do?

If you want legal advice, you need to elaborate your situation. Firstly, why are they targeting you? Secondly, you can’t just drop a grenade saying you were abducted by your parents with no explanation whatsoever.

So please explain your situation.

This is just…. A waste of everyone’s time with such vague information. Also abducted by your own parents? If you want clear actionable advice on a public forum like Reddit give us enough information to make heads or tails of the situation.

Else the best advice is hire a lawyer or buy noise cancelling headphones. Maybe you can negotiate that as ransom with your kidnappers.

There were family problem so I left the home, and they thought i was running away so they abducted me back to home and when they were abducting me i said i will complain to police so then this all started. They requested or bribed the police to do all these things and i myself don’t understand why are they doing this. But this is causing me distress.

Have you sorted the problems with your parents? If yes, have you asked them why is the police behaving like this? You might want to talk to your folks first to see what’s happening.
