Private Financiers delaying the resettlement of gold from gold loan

Muthootu mini branch here in Tamilnadu, is delaying the disbursement of our gold, for context, my dad died and kept our mother as nominee, we visited the branch in person with required sum, but they insist on making it difficult, they said have other works (auctioning golds from failed debt) so that they are busy and are asking us to come later, but the person i believe is intentionally making it difficult, what should i do?

I am no lawyer. Give written first call their customer care and register complaint.

Also register complaint on their website.

Meet their office head /brach head and give written complaint and take acknowledgement.

Then after 30 days, register complaint on RBI ombudsman.

File RTI requesting status of your complaint after 3-4 days.

Also register complaint on DPG portal against muthut.
