Procedure about labour office over non payment/late paymenr of salary

The new company I joined, I just learned that some employees don’t even get salary aftee 6 months. It’s been like only one month and I am seeing the same pattern with me too. I don’t know the procedure to complaint to the labour office or if I can even afford my time or money.

Send them a legal notice and then google your local commissioners office address and file a written complaint along with all the documents and copy of legal notice.
