February 7, 2025 at 5:02 amA friend of mine was travelling on an akasa air flight and she has kept her laptop bag in the overhead compartment. Once landed, she noticed that the bag was wet and even her laptop inside was wet. She was not carrying any liquids, so it must be from another passenger’s luggage or condensation from AC. She asked the airline for help, but the only thing they have provided is an email ID to complain. They are not providing her a PIR saying it is not applicable for checked-in luggage. What should she do in this situation? She is currently at the mumbai airport.
