Property Advice for Pagdi system house

Hello, there are 2 pagdi system houses in question here, both in different situations but same place. (Writing on someone else’s behalf)
House 1: the grandfather had been a tenant for 60+ years and when he passed away his daughters (unmarried) are the tenants now, they also pay the monthly rents as directed by the landlord. This house has not been served with a notice but the landlord says it’s coming soon.

House 2: this one was bought recently from the landlord in the same pagdi system, around 2010. And the landlord wants this one to be evicted.

Do the tenants have to evict this house number 2 now and house number 1 in future when a notice is served?
