Property dispute regarding jointly owned property

Hi redditors,

Property context – land with 2 built up houses

Jointly owned land between 3 siblings

2 siblings sold half the land with 1 structure and gave possession to a third party

Whilst the land is undivided and not demarcated these structure were built with joint understanding. THe structure sold is in the front and has fetched high value. We are left with the back house, and a stranger in the front.

PLease advice on strategy to proceed with civil and criminal proceedings. I believe without criminal proceedings this will just drag on.
