Property inheritance

Hey am 19M I wanted to know about the inheritance if am guaranteed any.
So my grandfather had a 2000sq ft property which is now valued at about 70L and farm land which is worth close to 3CR, my grandfather had 3 sons one of which is my dad , the inheritance isn’t divided among the brothers yet (daily fights over this) .

I wanted to know if am entitled to a % of the property or its only my father who’s entitled to the 33.33%.
(In this case who will have the attorney of power is it decided?).
I am not entirely sure about how hindu succession laws work here btw we are a Hindu Gen family.

yep your father will get 1 cr + 23.33 lac u will get full as long as your dad gives u

So I won’t be getting any if my father decided otherwise,if a will is not in place then how is this sum divided amongst me,my mother,and my sister?

You and your sister has potential to get half of it since its ancestral property, but division will be 1/3
