Query on child custody case needed.

Today on 5th may 2026, i had child custody case in family court of between 4 to 5 years old child. Case 1st hearing was today. Wife didn’t came though it was written if wife will not come, honourable judge will pass interim order. But nothing happened and next date is after 2 months. My lawyer didn’t asked for interim visit too (don’t know why).

Now I will take matter in my hands. Can I file application for urgent hearing for interim visit tomorrow by myself?
