January 20, 2025 at 5:23 amHi, I have a query on legal check of sale agreement of flat under construction from builder. If this is not the right group, kindly suggest where to post. Here is the query-I checked the sale agreement doc and found the below wording for uds –
ββ¦the sale of the proportionate undivided share, right title and interest in the land comprised in
the Schedule A Property to be sold to the Association of Allottees, post its formation in
which the Purchaser/s shall be a member as mandated by RERA.βIs it fine if itβs mentioned this way for uds to be sold to association of allottees, will this cause any issue in future? Shouldnβt this be sold to purchaser of flat.

It might does not harm you. But for a safe side try to hire a lawyer and get a full and proper legal opinion. So you might not end up in trouble and litigation in future.
Feel Free to ping me if you have any legal problems
