Query regarding OBC NCL status after marriage

If a women (OBC NCL) gets married to a person (Non OBC – earning above 8LPA) – whose income gets considered to determine the NCL status? Her parent’s income or her husband’s income?

Also, this is about NCL status but then in the women’s income certificate – whose income shall be counted – her parent’s income or her husband’s income or both?

I know the caste or category won’t change after marriage but for NCL status, I just wanted to keep myself informed.
