URC transfer to a new car owner
I would like to sell my old Dzire car to a new owner who is based in a different district in Karnataka. Please let me know the whole process so that I save myself from any legal implications arising out of any future untoward incidents.
What is the complete procedure?? The new owner is restless to buy the car and is willing to pay the money in a day.
Is signing the delivery note would complete the whole process. Even if the buyer meets with the accident or gets entangled in a dispute while driving my car would the blame still fall upon me?
Any advice would be greatly helpful.
