UI’m looking for legal advice about my main Reddit account, u/DishantChandra, being banned after being accused of breaking Rule 3. The message from the reddit admin said: *”After reviewing, we found that you broke Rule 3 because you shared intimate media of someone without their consent.”* This is a total lie – I never shared any intimate media, links, or images.
Here’s the situation:
I made a post on r/Tantra to raise concerns about the subreddit’s moderators being involved with NSFW subreddits while running a faith-based subreddit. All I did was post a title with my concerns – no images, links, or media, and no description box used. In fact, the subreddit’s automod removed my post with the message: *”Your post has been removed because there is little or no content in the text body.”* This shows I didn’t post any media or intimate content.Despite this, I was still banned under Rule 3. I appealed, but the ban was upheld, and Reddit hasn’t responded to my emails or given any other explanation. It feels like they’re just backing up a false claim with no evidence.
I get that the issue of moderators running NSFW subreddits while managing a faith-based one is a grey area, and I’m not saying it’s right or wrong. But what doesn’t make sense is why the mods of r/Tantra were so hurt by my post, and why Reddit admins are supporting their false accusations without evidence. It’s obvious I don’t fit their narrative, and they’re just silencing me.
This looks like part of a larger pattern of bias and censorship against Hindus. I’m being punished for expressing a valid concern, and there’s no real reason for it other than to shut me down.
If I don’t get this resolved, I’m planning to take legal action, starting with consumer court and moving on to the high court if necessary.

UIt feels like pure censorship. I don’t have an internet archive of the original post, but the subreddit’s automoderator removed it almost immediately, stating: “Your post has been removed because there is little or no content in the text body.” Now, if the automod itself said I didn’t post any content in the text body, how could I have possibly shared intimate media?
Later, the r/Tantra moderators manually reviewed it, got personal and falsely accused me of violating Rule 3 by sharing intimate media without consent. Reddit then banned me based on this false accusation.
I have never subscribed to any NSFW subreddits and have always used my account for business and spiritual purposes. In fact, I even have my real name and social media accounts attached to it. Why would I risk my career by sharing intimate media without their consent?

UI am sure, you guys have little touch about this but reddit has strong censorship against Indic/Hindu subs for a long time with the agenda I am not free to share much about

UI was not upset about it at first, since I knew I was innocent, but all hell broke loose when a human still reviewed it and kept the ban. And believe me, people at MOSSAD don’t really care about small peasants like me facing internet injustice, since they control the volume of the loudspeaker on the internet

UUnfortunately when you join a social media platform you agree to it’s rules. One of those rules of reddit (which i also got to know by an experience like this) is that if you’re banned from a sub reddit you are not supposed to bypass that ban in any way. If you do, your account will be suspended by reddit.
If i understand correctly the same has been done to you. And in cases like these, reddit won’t listen to your appels. Only the mods can reach out to reddit.
