Iโm reaching out regarding a serious issue with my recent hotel booking. We arrived at the hotel before check-in time (around 11 AM), only to be denied accommodation due to a local ID policy. The hotel instructed us to cancel via the app, which we attempted before the 12 PM check-in time. However, the app showed a โน0 refund, prompting us to contact your support team.
Instead of resolving the issue promptly, Adani one team stretched the response time to 2:30 PM before finally informing us that a refund was not possible. We then requested escalation to a supervisor, only to be told to wait another 30-48 hours.
This is completely unacceptableโI was denied accommodation, yet I have been charged for two days without receiving any service. This feels less like a policy issue and more like an unfair penalty.
I am desperate for a resolution and expect urgent action on this matter.
