Regarding CSIS scheme for education loan

I took education loan in 2022 and just now i got to know about csis scheme and my i think my bank has not applied for csis scheme on my behalf so can my bank apply for csis scheme and i can get interest waived off for my moratorium period
BTW my moratorium period is till 2027
