UHi everyone, so I have worked in this company for a year, and ever since February, i have gotten seriously sick and took leaves and also the fact that this company i work for has delayed the salary for 2 or 3 months consistently.
In the offer letter it has said that the company can with hold the experience letter and relieving letter at the time of termination or resignation, so I have resigned and wrote a strong but formal email stating i would like to have the salary slips, relieving letter independent of bond obligations and salary slips since the day of employment.
The problem is even if I tried to get terminated, they can still withhold those documents as it is a signed bond of 50k. Is there anything I can do to not pay this amount? I still haven’t been paid march and April salary, and i have received the February salary on April.
Also the ceo is very pissed, because of the delay in salary and my health problems which he has a personal problem with affected my ability to work
