As per the agreement, the said person is leaving before the lock in period .
I have the security deposit for 2 months. And they have given 2 months notice as well

“That the LESSEE shall have a right to vacate the leased premises by giving Two month notice only after the expiry of Lock in period to the LESSOR…”

Based on this statement mentioned in the rent agreement, do we have the right to forfeit the security deposit as they are leaving before lock in period or not ?

What does your agreement say qua the consequences of leaving before lock in period expires?
