Worst rental experience of my life.

XU lifestyle has taken our security deposit. It has been more than 2 months. They have taken around 20lakhs deposit from all tenants which they have to return.

The main problem is that their support is unreachable, we have tried every source, LinkedIn, whatsapp, email, phone calls. I have called them around 200-300 times. They are not picking our calls and they seems not responsible for this amazing blunder of our hard earned money.

The founders have blocked me on LinkedIn, their support person Anikethan doesn’t picks up calls even after trying 200-300 times. And if somehow I’m able to reach anyone from xu they tell me to call Anikethan.
And Mr Anikethan went on a 1 month leave,
Got married, got divorced probably getting married again.

I got their founders number and tried calling them but no luck instead after calling 50-60 times someone picked up the call and started talking in bangla saying talk in bangla, amazing talent to pull such scams I must say.

I have given them my hard earned money and now again I’m working hard and getting frustrated to get that money back from them. I’m wasting my mental health to get my money back from their team.

If anyone can help me reach out to them please let me know.

You are a lawyer…. send a legal notice….. file a civil suit…. it’s quite simple.
