I have asked for some answer sheets of college under the Ministry of Education, a government-funded technical institute, **एनआईएएमटी रांची**, in the 8th semester through RTI, but the college doesn’t want to provide them. I had supples in them.

I am not a lawyer, but I have filed a complaint with CIC and don’t know when the response will come. One response came, and this is what they told me. I will attach the reply in the comments with rti details.

I may not have legal expertise, but based on my qualifications, I believe i have the right to access their evaluated answer sheets for transparency and fairness.

I don’t count the answer sheets while writing. Rti Reg: NIFFT/R/T/24/00104 & NIFFT/R/T/24/00103. I have paid the rti amount still not getting the answersheets.
