March 22, 2025 at 8:50 amordered a refrigerator from Samsung India, and they assigned Delhivery for delivery. It has been stuck in the same location for days, with ZERO movement. When I contact Delhivery, they just keep saying ‘wait until the delivery date.’ The real delivery date is 18 march but they say from last 4 days today is the delivery date and changing the dates, and guess what? It’s still not moving!To make things worse, they say if I cancel the order, I need to pay a cancellation fee—even though it’s their failure! How is this fair? Am I supposed to just wait indefinitely for a product that might never arrive?
I contacted Samsung support, but they’re useless and keep repeating the same scripted responses. This is unacceptable service from two big companies!

March 22, 2025 at 9:30 amTry to register complaint on pg gram portal also send an email to samsung cc mentioning no action of delivery or update would Result in cancel order within 2 days and you are not ready to pay fee for that as it’s deficiency from their end. Ask chatgpt for fine tuned version of this -

March 22, 2025 at 9:48 amHappened the same with me, my delivery was a week late. In my case they had another order to deliver nearby and they were waiting for that fridge to arrive. The product was at the warehouse which was about 8km from my home. They said that if I want I can personally go and collect from there at my expense but they will not be liable in case anything happens on the way to my home. -

March 22, 2025 at 9:48 amI ordered protein powder which was 10 days ago which was to be delivered on the 19th .However they were delaying the delivery from 3 days.So yesterday I called the delivery guys multiple times and he picked the call and said that it’s going to get delivered by tomorrow and I said it’s already late by 2 days.I told him I need my package urgently so he suggested that I visit the warehouse.
Fortunately the warehouse was 5 min walking distance from my home.So I went there and picked it up myself.
The problem is not with samsung but with Delhivery.Worst courier service ever.-

March 22, 2025 at 10:13 amThis courier company is one of the worst in the world…I still don’t understand why Samsung is partnering with this shit company.I also faced same with my television order. Then after multiple follow up with Samsung it was delivered.
Now from last 1-2 order they are assigning Blue Dart which is reliable company.

March 22, 2025 at 10:26 pmSame happened with me, in my case it was Food processor. I gave them 2 days post that I called and said going to police station for fraud case filing got the delivery within 3-4 hours. Some issue with packaging was the reason of not delivering.
