Bought a Samsung charger that stopped working on the first days (likely overheating/defect).
Authorized ervice center marked it as “physical damage” (not true), so warranty was denied. After escalation, Samsung is only offering a 60% discount — I need to pay ₹1432 for replacement.
I already had to buy another charger due to the delay.
Not sure what to do now:
Accept and move on
Or file a consumer complaint
Has anyone dealt with this? Is it worth fighting?
Any advice appreciated.
