hey all, i(18-F) recently ordered some clothes from an Instagram store, spoke to them on calls/saw the products on videocalls and then paid now they have been ignoring my messages, pls suggest on how to proceed.

Cyber complaint bcs my frnd had same exp in insta only i told her to file a complaint against them but sadly the guarantee of getting full money is not there . She got only 60% refunded

Lawyer here. File a consumer complaint or raise a grievance through National Consumer Helpline WhatsApp. Make Instagram a party as the marketplace.

Do a cyber complaint and trust me it’s pretty darn effective
