So this happened to my friend who purchased a 1 year old wodden shoe rack worth 8k. He received it at home with parts broken and asked for a refund. The person who sold is blaming the porter who transported the furniture.

But it is pretty clear that the furniture was mended to look new.

He wants a refund and return the furniture. But the seller is unwilling to.

What can be done now ?
