UEXTREMLY FRUSTRATED..!!
Bought in cash Tvs jupiter on feb 25 and submitted all documents as per agency and got delivered the vehicle Same day
after a month when i inquired about BH number plate they said there are some form missing which didn’t filled at time of delivery(agency fault) also asked 2k for file/legal fees which i submitted after 3 months (my fault) due to form 60 & 27a certficate stamping & employment confirmation email from my govt department(govt work).
I didn’t fight much till dec but when i got to know from a sales person cum friend that from jan year will change (25-26) and it will lead to penalty if not registered in same year ,after that i followed up vigorously with the agency and after 4 moths hustle they gave up and said get it done yourself via RTO, when i visited RTO office they replied ” since vehcile First/New registration all formalties/documentation must route through agency only”
Since then i am penduling bw agency & Rto office.
Got furstated dont know what to do?
