Here’s your revised Reddit post, now including that the garage door was screwed shut and locked from the inside, making it physically impossible for officers to claim it was “standing wide open.”Seeking a Post-Conviction & Legal Malpractice Attorney for Wrongful Conviction Due to Illegal Search, Fabricated Evidence, and Attorney Negligence
I am looking for the best of the best in post-conviction relief and legal malpractice to take on a case involving severe constitutional violations, attorney misconduct, and blatant corruption in Izard County, Arkansas.
The Case:
• Law enforcement arrived at my property to serve a 48-hour writ under the false pretense that I was behind on my home—when in reality, I was actively buying it and was not behind on payments.
• They knocked on my front door, but when no one answered, instead of following the law and returning later, they illegally remained on my property searching around.
• They eventually broke through a locked cast-iron gate on the opposite side of my home to gain access to my back garage door.
• The back garage door was not only locked from the inside—it was also screwed shut.
• Despite this, officers later claimed it was “standing wide open,” which is physically impossible.
• From no public or private property angle was it possible to see inside my garage, making their claim of “plain sight discovery” fabricated.Crime Lab Falsification – Impossible THC Levels:
• The Arkansas State Crime Lab reported that the plants tested at 1% THC, which is scientifically impossible under the conditions in which they were seized.
• The plants were juvenile, immature, and had not yet flowered, meaning they could not have produced significant THC.
• My attorney refused to challenge this, even though I begged him repeatedly to get an independent test or DNA analysis.
• A crime lab analyst was later fired for falsifying evidence samples, further proving the corruption.
• Given the way my plants were uprooted, thrown into the back of a hot police truck, and stored improperly, it is highly likely that the THC levels were manipulated due to decomposition and post-seizure chemical changes.Proof of the Illegal Search & Fabricated Charges:
• The officers broke into my home without a warrant, ignored standard legal procedures, and then obtained a fraudulent warrant based on lies.
• They stole my security cameras and DVR system from my home to cover up their actions.
• They falsely claimed the plants were 4-6 feet tall with buds, yet I have photos proving they were immature CBD plants with no flowers or buds.
• I had signs posted on the garage door clearly stating:
• “Legal CBD Grow”
• “No one under 21 allowed”
• “Keep door locked at all times”
• Law enforcement allowed two civilians to be present during the break-in, including one armed civilian, which is a massive legal violation.
• When I requested body camera footage, I was told that all officers had conveniently turned their cameras off at the time of the break-in.Attorney Misconduct & Coercion:
• I never had a felony conviction before this and have always maintained that these were CBD plants—not marijuana.
• My paid attorney failed me at every turn, refusing to challenge:
• The illegal search and seizure.
• The false crime lab results (the analyst was later fired for falsifying samples in other cases).
• The stolen evidence (DVR and security cameras).
• The presence of civilians during the break-in.
• The fabricated “open door” story that justified the fraudulent warrant.
• Instead of defending me, my attorney bullied me into a plea deal by telling me:
• The judge and DA hated me and wanted me in prison.
• If I didn’t take a deal before the judge returned from lunch, I would be going to trial the next morning and be in prison by the end of the week.
• If I fired him, the judge would revoke my bond, and I’d sit in jail until trial.
• He refused to present critical evidence, including a recording I had of a key witness who was present at the break-in confirming the illegal entry.
• He filed motions but never had them heard in court, falsely telling me they were all denied behind closed doors before I even arrived in court.I Am Terrified of Law Enforcement & the Entire Judicial System in Izard County
• This is not just a case of another felon trying to beat the system—this is an innocent man being railroaded by a corrupt legal system.
• I can prove, without a doubt, that this was an illegal search, an illegal conviction, and a complete failure of my attorney.
• I am terrified of retaliation from law enforcement and the judicial system in Arkansas, but I will not stop fighting until I get justice. What I’m Looking For:
I need an aggressive post-conviction relief attorney and a legal malpractice attorney who is:
• Not afraid of small-town politics and corrupt law enforcement.
• Willing to challenge everything in this case using the overwhelming proof of misconduct that I have.
• Willing to expose the corruption in this jurisdiction and fight for justice. This case should have been thrown out immediately, but my attorney’s negligence and law enforcement’s misconduct destroyed my life.
I was a firefighter and EMT, had plans to work in the medical field, and now have had my future taken from me over something I never should have been charged with in the first place.
I can prove everything beyond a shadow of a doubt.
If you are an attorney who is willing to fight this or know someone who takes on these types of cases, please reach out.
DM me if you are the right person or have a recommendation.
I honestly think a great attorney could help me and also walk away with a wheelbarrow full of money. I was absolutely bulldozed to take a plea and facing 30 years to life or make a deal or go to prison by the end of the week according to my attorney. I have an attorney that overheard this conversation outside the courtroom. I was only there for what I was led to believe was an evidence suppression hearing after flying in from California and never made it into the courtroom. I was met outside the courtroom and told that everything he filed was already denied and the judge didn’t like me and was determined to put me in prison. If a deal was not made before the judge came back from lunch. Then a trial would start the following morning and I would likely do the max and be in prison by the end of the week and not returning home
