Seeking help with RTO Laws

Hello kind folks,

I have converted a Force Tempo traveller T2 4020 DV (Delivery van) into a caravan with commercial plate for a travel company.

However the seating capacity is only 2 since its a DV. Need to upgrade it from 2 to 7 but RTO is suggesting to convert it into a private number plate.

Not sure if I should do this keeping in mind that it is purchased in the name of the company for commercial/travel purpose.

Pls advise, how can one find a solution to this matter without impacting the purpose for which it is built.
