A friends colleague has been defrauded of several lakhs from her bank account without even her getting a notification about it. She has already filed a complaint agains the bank, she;s looking for some legal assistance right now. They are working through the details to figure it is from the bank side folks or anyone she knows and dont have much details right now.

She’s looking for inexpensive lawyers recos who can assist with this case. Any leads appreciated. The girl works in chennai and this particular account is from one of ICICI’s branch in Madurai.

Cybercrime will not take this case, since it’s a hack your bank is responsible for as in this case your friend did not share any kind of critical information.

By any means if the access to the bank account was provided to the beneficiary or if any kind of OTP was shared then please call 1930.
