Seeking reliable probate/property lawyer or legal fixer in Mumbai

Hi all,

I’m based in the US and currently navigating complex family probate and property issues in Mumbai. My sibling has been leading the effort locally, but due to repeated delays and unresponsiveness from our current accountants and legal team, we’ve made little to no progress.

I’m now looking to assemble a small, reliable team to help move things forward. Ideally, I’m looking for:

1. A probate lawyer with experience filing in Bombay High Court
2. A property lawyer familiar with land title and share certificate issues in older Mumbai buildings
3. A legal assistant or fixer who can help track down documents, follow up with offices, and push things along

Additional context:
We believe our late father had multiple bank accounts across various institutions, but much of the account information is missing or undocumented. Banks have been unwilling to provide any details without a completed probate filing, yet that information is essential in order to file. If anyone has experience navigating this kind of catch-22, I’d really appreciate any insight or referrals.
