UA Society in Mumbai okayed redevelopment but the catch is shop owners (10 nos) are objecting as the developer is not providing increased area for shops.
The flats (60 nos) are getting 30 percent increase in area and committee members have given approval to developer and is ready for MOU, what actions can the shop members take in this situation?
Shop owners feel their rights are being violated and Society is not treating them fairly and inflicting losses on them.
